QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong focus on architecture.
• Proficient in Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software for parametric modeling and generative design.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, workflows and standards, with experience in BIM 360.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve design clashes and issues,
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed
• Experience in Solibri and Cost X, and 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ generation from BIM models is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and coordinate BIM projects for architecture from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards
• Produce high-quality 3D models using Rhino, Dynamo, AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate building services and resolve any design clashes or issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met, and resources are utilized effectively.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and construction personnel
• Implement BIM process workflows and standards including BIM 360, to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with Cobie requirement and are generated in accordance with project parameters and schedules using relevant software
• Implement 4D simulation and construction sequencing to visualize project progress and identify potential issues.
• Provide expertise in Solibri and Cost X, and experience in 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ from BIM models.
