Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Laser Machine Operator to join our team at Abreez Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in running a laser cutting machine for cutting acrylic and wood. They must be able to operate, troubleshoot and maintain the laser cutting machine effectively, and ensure strict adherence to our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the laser cutting machine for acrylic and wood
• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimum performance
• Inspect, sort and stack finished products
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Provide technical assistance in machine maintenance and repair
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operating a laser cutting machine for acrylic and wood
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good knowledge of laser cutting technology, equipment, and materials
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
