Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibility:

1 Close coordination and cooperation with planner
. • Close follow up of all safe work practice to execute the maintenance job.
• Ensure proper JSA filled by Lead Technician.
• Ensure SMP follow up during overhauling and if any concern need to be approved
. • Ensure timely work execution with utmost safety and quality performance as per schedule. •
Any deviation to plan shall be report to planner immediately.
• Ensure availability of staff and adequate equipment at all the time
. • Day to day reporting to Manager / planner
• Timely arranging back & forth transportation for equipment and manpower as per requirement
• Issue of consumable and spare parts related to equipment from warehouse as per pick list
. • Proactively participation in trouble shooting of equipment
. • Handling of lube oil storage and disposal as per SHEM standards
. • Timely confirmation of job with details in applicable system (SAP).
• Any additional requirement to be arrange with preapproval by manager.
• Ensure require PPE’s for all the Supplier staff and any special PPE’s as per area classification.
• Participation in risk assessment as require.

Qualification : Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good Communication skill
Work Force handling skill
Good Mechanical Knowledge
Minimum 4 year experience
Good Computer skill ( MS office)
Basic SAP knowledge
