Description

Currently we invite application for Senior System Engineer with following responsibilities:


Key responsibilities include:

1 Manage & Support Customer Care Unit to meet help desk policy & procedures.

2. Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer.

3. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

4. Monitor and test system performance, prepare and deliver system performance and reports.

5. Backup: Design and perform servers and system backup other recovery processes.

6. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping process.

7. Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.

8. Adaptable: Ad-hoc responsibilities as required to support the business needs.

9. Implement technical changes by use structured procedures to align with policy and procedure.

10. Produce clear and concise documentation to support the work of the Customer Care.



Ideal candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree computer science, Information Technology or equivalent

2. 7-10 years’ experience.

3. Excellent communications skills and customer service orientated.

4. Problem solving skills.

5. Passion and enthusiasm for IT systems and solutions.

6. Fluent Arabic and English (speaking –writing).


Certifications:

1. Microsoft Certification. MCSA / MCSE.

2. ITIL Foundation.

3. VMware Certification (VCTA, VCP).

4. Equivalent technical certifications.


Technical Skills & Expertise:

Proven working experience in implementing, manage, configure, and troubleshoot


o VMware – VSphere environment Esxi 6.5

o Microsoft Server, Active Directory.

o Microsoft SCOM.

o Veeam Bakup.

o Mange Engine Service Desk.

o EMC- Data Domain.

o Microsoft 365.

o Kaspersky Security Center.

o AWS.

o Polycom infrastructure.

o HP printing Solutions.
