Job description based in OF Pressure control

• Collaborating with Global Sourcing Team on Sourcing Strategy, Supplier Selection and Onboarding, and Supplier Negotiations to achieve deflation initiatives.
• Handling long term supply contract, rental agreements., catalogues
• Executing RFQ, review quotation, comparison, negotiation, Purchase Requisition & issuing Purchase Order and follow-up for delivery and GRN.
• Follow-up for On-Time delivery to meet targets including placement of On-Time Schedule Agreements and Execution of Cost Reduction.
• Collaborating with Supplier Quality Team for Supplier Performance and Quality issues.
• Managing Supplier Delivery and Quality Performance, Cost and Inventory management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Handling Vendor Onboarding, extension, updation etc. thru approved system.
• Overseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality, specification, and budget.
• Monitoring vendor invoice and payment status in Ariba, coordinating and supporting vendors to submit and process invoice as and when required.
• Support logistics function for PO delivery
• Maintaining logistics system in compliance with the company policy, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project, shipping, and site team to ensure that project material and equipment are mobilized/de-mobilized as per schedule.
• Place and follow-up on POs.
• Obtaining quotes on behalf sourcing lead less than 3000 $
• Obtaining 3 quotes comparison for request above 3000 $
• Keep an updated tracker for open PO’s + BPO’s
• POR processing cycle time from initiation till supplier receive date. Follow up with all approvers and vendors
• Follow up on the open orders and make sure they are delivered on time.
• Buying channel management
• Supplier onboarding process (cycle time) from initiation till full onboarding.
• AP invoice hold Resolutions including monitoring invoice aging report weekly
