Job responsibilities for both positions are mentioned below.

Pest Control Supervisor

Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pest control team:

? Managing the day-to-day requirements of the pest control operations team

? Ensure the resources and team members are efficiently utilized, rotes are planned and executed in line with the plans

? Allocate the pest control teams to site locations in line with project and mobilization plans

? Delegating project tasks to operations team members, monitor the completion of the tasks from open to close

? Assist with project mobilization and demobilizations under the guidance of the Mobilization Manager

? Ensuring that the teams have all the equipment and tools required to execute landscaping works.

? Manage the team of site operations technicians

? Ensure the performance of the team is managed in line with the role expectations

? Maintain good relationship with the team and encourage proactiveness.

? Responsible for maintaining all weekly reporting requirement for Projects

? Collation of all process trackers weekly with action plans to manager

? Ensure all trackers of key processes are up to date and points are actioned on time

? Ensure the team are on target to achieve the project KPIs

? Escalate issues when timelines or project milestones are not going to be met

Skills

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of pest control

Experience in all aspects of pest control: General pest control, termite control, bird control and rodent and reptile control

Experience in leading a pest control team.

Education Profile

High school certificate

? Technical qualification in pest control (preferable)

? Saudi driving license is preferable.

Experience Profile : 5 years in a supervisors position

Pest Control Technician:





Responsibilities
? Inspect buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation

? Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests

? Take the required measurement of the area in need of treatment

? Estimate the cost of services rendered to clients or customers

? Use different pest control methods such as the setting of traps or baits to remove or kill pests

? Apply pesticide safely in buildings or structures and the surrounding environment

Requirements and skills
? Proven work experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar role

? Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions

? Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in uncomfortable environments

? Must be detailed oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self

? Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused

? Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used and payment collected

? High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: 1800


Valid and Transferrable Iqama only.
