As a recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to help us grow and scale our restaurant business.


Responsibilities:

Implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract and recruit top talent
Post-employment opportunities on job boards and social media.
Evaluate applications and conduct interviews and assess the skills, knowledge, and experience.
During the hiring process, serve as a point of contact between the candidate and the business.
Make reports about the hiring procedure.
Keeping our application tracking system's information correct and up to date

Requirement:

3 years or more in a position that involves both recruiting and administration 70:30
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents
strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to function both individually and as a team
An intense interest in restaurants and a desire to make an impact
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work under pressure
