• Start the day with Coffee Tasting Session and use techniques to balance the quality.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintained a strong understanding of company values and customer needs, responding quickly to complex requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar

Experience: 2-5 Years.
Preferable Nationality: Africans, Philippines, Eastern Europe.
