we are looking for Bidding Manager with deep experience in the Construction industry, Service providers to Aramco / Ariba procurement system.

Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate should have estimation and bidding experience with Aramco.
This role will drive and coordinate estimation and bid preparation, submission, clarification, and manage all resources to achieve a successful outcome to contract award and operational handover.

This role will be working on a significant mixed-use development in Riyadh, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing the Tender bidding and services throw the Ariba System of construction contractors for the project.

Responsibilities:
• Review and finalize project cost estimates as prepared by the in-house business development team and partner ecosystem regarding the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase.
• Review final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness prior to the formal quote.
• Liaise with High Management to negotiate with approved vendors/suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies/materials as per project (pre/post tender).
• Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
• Participate in pre-bid job ex-meetings and corporate/client presentation meetings as required.
• Ensure historical data is documented and archived on each quoted project.
• Research and identify vendors/suppliers that have the capacity to provide the best quality goods and services at the most competitive prices
• Develop, establish, and maintain a healthy business relationship with the Client, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee and manage the compilation of procurement and tendering documents, participate in the review of tender returns, and participate in contract negotiations, and award of contracts (if required).
• Detailed weekly and monthly reporting on procurement status to senior management.
• Attend meetings with the Client, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
For the role of Estimation & Bid Manager, the ideal candidate must have the following:
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Must have an experience in estimation of bidding & tendering with Aramco.
• Experience within the Construction industry.
• SAP Ariba Experience a Must.
