• Experience in the building construction field (FF Piping, water piping, drainage piping and duct work including required testing) minimum 8 years of experience in Job title
• Able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience
• Read and interpret drawings, and assist in coordination
• Has ability to Lead the foreman's to achieve what is required
• Arrange and coordinate safety meetings.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and ES&H requirements and through reporting violations of policies, procedures and guidelines to immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for maintaining company tools.
• Inspect jobs upon completion.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Create work performance reports, red line drawings
• Ensures the safety procedures on track
