JOB LOCATION - Riyadh Qurtubah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Reports to - Head of Department

GENRAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Arrange the daily routine shifts to drivers.
• Track, Prepare and submit the updated report of drivers and vehicles daily.
• Manage all the pickup and drop off of the client employees to sites from accommodation.
• Arrange pick up and drop off to the head office employees.
• Arrange vehicles in case of a special training, appointments, new arrivals from airport and departures.
• Maintaining daily trip sheets, mileage and meter readings.
• Prepare monthly OT sheets and time sheets to submit to HR.
• Maintain and coordinating with drivers regarding vehicle maintenance, oil change, maintaining vehicle hygiene.
• Maintaining and monitoring vehicle related documents.
• Coordinating and liaising with the management when needed.
• Reporting to Transportation manager regarding any issues.
• Update the vehicle document expiry data request to HO for renewal process as well driving license.
• Update daily kilometer & petrol / Diesel expenses.
• Updating vehicle maintenance like oil change report daily.
• Preparing Monthly fuel consumption report.
• Replying to any transport related email.
• Prepare the monthly time sheet & overtime sheet for Transport employees for pay Roll.
• Handling the oil change expenses & submit the settlement to finance department.
• Responsible for all Vehicle Insurance, Government Regulations related to vehicles like FAHAS, Owner ID validity, Tamm, Istimara, etc.)

*Note – Job duties & responsibilities might be added, under the instruction of the direct supervisor/Head of Department/Head of HR in the future if required, upon analyzing the work load.

Requirements:

1. Transferable Iqama
2. With knowledge and experience in Microsoft office
3. Can speak and understand Arabic ( not so fluent is acceptable )
4. 3 or more years of experience
