Menu planning and food preparation
Managing and delegating tasks to kitchen staff
Ensuring high-quality food and presentation while maintaining cost controls and inventory management
Recruiting and training kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and the ability to work well under pressure


Qualifications:

At least 3 years of Gulf country experience.
Must have multi-cuisine experience specialty in Peruvian food and Japanese food.
