Looking for Project Manager, Architect and MEP Engineer:

1. PROJECT MANAGER
> Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
> Skilled in steel structure design and maintenance.
> Skilled in manual structural engineering calculation.
> Knowledgeable of ACI 318 & AISCE codes.
> Fluent in oral and written English.
> (15) years’ experience.
> Proven record in the project and construction management.

2. ARCHITECT
> Bachelor’s degree in Architectural.
> Minimum (10) years’ experience.
> Have wide knowledge and skilled in interior design.
> In depth knowledge of furniture systems & finishes.
> Ability to plan and organize a team effort and coordinate with other project engineers.
> Skilled in drawing tool (AutoCAD).
> Excellent communication skills.
> Fluent in oral and written English.
> Thorough knowledge of service facilities and office design and safety standards.


3. MEP ENGINEER
> Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer.
> Minimum (10) years’ experience.
> Wide knowledge in Electrical facility systems.
> Ability to plan and organize a team effort and coordinate with other project engineers.
> Skilled in drawing tool (AutoCAD).
> Excellent communication skills.
> Fluent in oral and written English.
> Thorough knowledge of service facilities and office design and safety standards.
