Description

• Management of documents for inspection required by Client
• Coordinating for the material requests with the related department
• Monitoring of all consumables and permanent materials
•Responsible for receiving the materials delivered from vendor, checking of material code as per purchased order( P.O.}
• Responsible for matching materials deliveries with the associated purchase orders
• Checking the materials condition before receiving
• In charge to receive materials according to the invoice and pocking list
• Responsible for receiving the delivery of materials an site and make sure that all material specifications are according to
delivery note and/ or purchase Order
• Update all shipment status, make sure all shipment documents are properly scan & filed for material manager's reference

(QUALIFICATION)
• Minimum of three years oversea work experience in material department
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Application of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
