Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities for IT products and services through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. You will provide technical and sales support to customers and prospects, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.

• Generate leads, identify potential customers and actively pursue sales opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM system.

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and partners.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive activities.

• Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and promote products.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
