We are urgently looking for an Accountant:

Job Description:


1.0 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of sales invoice
• Supplier invoice booking and payment processing
• Payable & Receivable ageing
• Petty cash verification & payment processing
• Employee related payment verification & payment processing
• Govt related payment processing (VAT, GOSI, TAX etc.)
• Audit schedule
• GL reconciliation, inter and intra companies
• Coordination for payment approval & release
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
• Document filing
• Succession planning
• Strict adherence to Finance calendar and service levels
• Preparation of pays lip
• Collection follow up and invoice submission coordination
• Input of collection receipt entry in accounting system
• VAT verification and related documentation
• Group payment approval record maintenance
• Monthly closing & financial report preparation
• Management reports (Monthly performance report, PL, BS, variance analysis)
• Yearend Financial statement consolidation for Statutory and Internal audit for the Company.
• Coordinating with Statutory auditors and Internal auditors
• IKTVA audit coordination
• Preparation of monthly cash flow statement
• Annual budget preparation for the company
• VAT submission to tax department as per schedule


2.0 JOB AUTHORITY:

• To stop any act which is violating the company policies, procedures, or standards
• To stop any sales and marketing tender or deal which doesn’t meet the legal or government policies or guidelines


REPORTS TO:

Senior Accountant/Management



3.0 MINIMUM COMPETENCE CRITERIA:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Accounts & Finance
Specialization: Accounting
Experience Type: Industrial field preferably in Saudi Market
Period: 2+ years

Looking for transferable Iqama, having Saudi driving License is a plus.
