Description

The Safety Engineer leads and manages Safety and Health for identified client groups. Ensures that client group needs are met in the areas of policy/program/procedure implementation, interpretation and maintenance; safety and health regulation compliance; industrial hygiene; emergency preparation and response; safety inspections; hazard assessment and evaluation, incident investigation and follow-up; accident prevention efforts; and advice and consultation on safety and health matters. Provides back-up support and assistance to other members of the Safety Department in meeting the safety and health needs of the Plant.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Report and present safety related status and issues to EH&S team and business groups. Participates in the evaluation and analysis of concept and feasibility studies
• Develops and/or implements programs to minimize risk to employees, customer and the environment. Gathers EH&S information and evaluates results. Knowledgeable in understanding of EHS standards and policies.
• Participates in compliance evaluation of programs, and facilities per company and governmental requirements.
• Participates in the evaluation and analysis of concept and feasibility studies. Investigates accidents and specifies corrective action programs
• Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures and policies. Gathers EHS information and evaluates results. Administers EH&S safety training programs.
• Participates in compliance evaluation of products, programs, and facilities per company and governmental requirements. Investigates accidents and specifies corrective action.
• Has basic knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, codes and standard in their EH&S discipline as they relate to Applied Materials Operations

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related course
• Minimum of 5 Years of experience in the job
• Aramco Experience is preferably

• Candidates Should be iqama Transferable
• Candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
• Notice period preferred immediate joining
• with experience in Aramco or Sabic or Royal Commission
