Description

A leading International School Based in Dammam is on the lookout to engage a suitably
qualified female to lead and grow the school.
The all-inclusive package will be on par with peer schools and will not be less than SAR
7,000 in a superior work environment but as usual, open for negotiations for the ideal
candidate. Transport to / from is included.
We are looking for,
* Female around 35 - 50 years - ideal with South Asian roots (Sri Lankan, Pakistani or
Indian)
* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or any such other Education
* Administrative qualification with hands-on exposure in dealing with Secondary,
Primary and lower-primary kids.
* At least 3 years as Principal or 5-7 ears as a Vice-Principal or Sectional Head
* Extreme Fluency in English and ability to work/communicate in Arabic and any
other Language.
* Able to work and lead under challenges to grow and take our school to the next
level.
* Manage an all-female medium size multi-national staff cadre and a mixed
student populace.
* Display good communication and listening skills.
* Experience in Cambridge curricular will be a definite plus.
Who are we,
* We are an international school falling under the 'community' umbrella.
* Have been in existence since 2016.
* Student cadre is around 160 and is growing.
* Grade 7 & 8 will be added-on from 2023/2024
* Staff strength of 16 and growing
