PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Warehouse Foreman is to oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including receiving and shipping of goods. The Warehouse Foreman leads a team of Warehouse Employees.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITY
• Make sure all warehouse personnel work according to the procedures and in a safe manner.
• Warehouse operation for in and outwards goods.
• Responsible for reporting damages/injuries in warehouse.
• Adding items to stock.
• Physical control and inspection of goods.
• Receipt control of returned goods.
• Packing and split of orders.
• Report to Warehouse Manager for day-to-day businesses and warehouse personnel.
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Recycling and waste management
