Role Summary:

To Maintain inventory records by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received, verifies, updates and reconciles inventory information. Performs physical inventory to reconciles records & determines proper floor, shelf location for supplies.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To Check Materials Inward and Outward quantity wise and quality wise.
• To Make entries of materials inward and outward.
• To issue and control materials wise project wise to the sites and make relevant consumption entries.
• To Prepare and update stock sheet on daily basis.
• To check the stocks periodically and report variance.
• To Issue material and make relevant consumption entries.
• To Maintain minimum stock level.
• To control, regulate and monitor the movement of the consumables and the small tools person wise, location wise and site wise.
• To control and monitor the cut-out materials, scrap materials generated during the operation process.
• To follow, control and monitor of materials on FIFO basis.

Personal qualities

The ideal candidate for the Storekeeper role has the following skills, personal qualities and experiences:
• Minimum Store Keeping experience of 3 - 5 Years in GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Must be organized and keen in prioritizing.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects, has strong training and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable government regulations, computer skills.
• Exhibits positivity, passion, integrity, and responsibility.
