Location- Jubail Hadeed Plant (Only Iqama Transfer candidate may apply)

SALARY - 5000 SAR + 35% Allowance

JOB PURPOSE
Provide technical expertise to professionally maintain Utilities Systems and Equipment consisting of Pumps, Compressors, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers Gas stations & pipelines etc., by means of PM programs, repairs, refurbishment and replacement on time in coordination with Utilities Operation, Maintenance and Planning teams.

Responsibility:

Evaluate the performance and efficiency of the Utilities systems and Equipment under the assigned area of control and propose the need for timely repairs, replacement/refurbishment and turnaround maintenance to deliver reliable and optimum output to the end user by personal engagement, involvement, meetings and coordination with all the concerned.
Prepare the scope of work for the jobs involving capital replacement, refurbishment, turnarounds and small projects, and ensure technical feasibility. Lead the task in coordination with Maintenance, Operation & Planning to ensure necessary spares and services are made available on time for successful completion adhering to the plan within the target date.
Troubleshooting of the Utilities Plant related problems in the assigned control of area in a professional manner and deliver the plant/equipment back to normal operation; and guiding Utilities Maintenance crew consisting of different trades on all work related technical aspects in delivering the maintenance jobs in a reliable manner, enhancing their technical competence to improve equipment performance.
Provide technical clarification sought by Procurement/vendors/suppliers on all issues related to the equipment/spares/work scope; followed by technical acceptance to proceed with.
Carefully analyze the Turnaround plans and ensure certain essential jobs that can be performed only during Turnaround work are incorporated, referring to the equipment performance reports by Utilities Planning and Maintenance teams and oversee the Turnaround activities.
Lead the assigned Capital projects of Utilities Maintenance starting from preparation of the Concept Development Package until successful commissioning.
