Role Purpose :

Working within the NEOM Facilities Management Contact Centre, the role is the primary point of contact between all end users (customers) and the NEOM CAFM system. The role will ensure all calls and requests are accurately recorded in the CAFM system, tickets raised for work orders, works tracked to completion and customers sign off on all works achieved successfully and to the customers satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails, App requests
Managing and resolving customer complaints
Inputting accurate data into CAFM/ ERP systems
Managing the creation, tracking and close out of all tickets raised in the CAFM/ ERP system
Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Process orders, forms, and application
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Completing call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

High School Certificate/ Diploma
English Speaking
Computer Literate
Knowledge of Helpdesk/ Contact Centre Operations (desirable)


Candidates Should be iqama Transferable
Candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
Notice period preferred immediate joining
