Job Description: SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness, by coordinating with concerned departments like Local Purchases, Warehouse, Workshop, and Foreign Purchases.
• Documents related to local purchases, sales offers, sales orders (PO), and sales report should be filed and controlled with logs.
• Handle/Monitor the delivery of Material in coordination with the warehouse
• Invoicing for Sales teams as per contract and deliveries. LP receiving related to invoices should also be done with proper document flow records.
• Handle Office administration as per Division.
• Handle External ISO Audit of Sales.
• Coordinate with Client if necessary.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Produce sales report.
• Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
