Description

Require Saudi residence, (Beverage Machine Operator), who have knowledge written below,

1: Operate and maintain the machine to produce high quality products.
Operate and maintain the machine to ensure delivering the production plan
2. Accurate reporting of data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material) via MES
3. Follow, adhere and update the manufacturing checklists and logs
4. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (Safety, Basic maintenance, Operation including quality tests, change-over, troubleshooting, adjustments/fine tuning)
5. Minimize waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
6. Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices (add to all Mega JDs’)
7. Assist mechanical / electrical technician during problem solving and preventive maintenance
8. Perform line start-up, hand-over and shutdown as per SOPs
9. Preformed the cleaning activities of assigned machine and area as per manufacturing SOPs’
10. Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
11. Conduct basic maintenance of the assigned equipment(s) including continuous monitoring of machine condition, perform minor repairs, and lubricate equipment(s)
12. Conduct on job training to colleagues as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements:
1. Technical Diploma
2. 0 - 3 years working experience in
FMCG or manufacturing industry
3. Preferable exposure to TPM
4. Computer Literate
5. Basic Knowledge of English Language.
