Description

We are looking for an Office Secretary to deal with the day to day preparing reports in Excel and maintaining files. The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

 Must have a bachelor’s degree in arts or Commerce.
 Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as office secretary in reputed companies preferably with abroad experience.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (with special skills in using Excel and Word) and using customized software’s.
 Proficiency in preparing reports in Excel and maintaining files, scanning and photocopying of shop drawings and excellent awareness in preparing business correspondences and replying to business emails.
 Good moral character with pleasing personality.
