Leading Survey Services Company located in Al Khobar looking for suitable candidate for Administration and Procurement Officer
As General Administrator:
* Organize and supervise office management activities and facilitate the smooth running of the office and the business.
* Respond to customer / client / employee inquiries related of office management
* Liaise with local authorities for office related matters
* Workload planning for direct reportee's
* Take lead in problem resolution related to administrative issues
* Devise and conduct induction programs
* Review and update administrative policies, processes and & procedures
* Overall Office Management.

As Procurement Officer:

* Support Procurement purchase and related in-scope activities.
* Establish appropriate Business Controls postures in procurement process and to be fully responsible for the compliance with Policies & Practices
* Execute Procurement sourcing activities, negotiation, contracts and purchase orders
* Maintains appropriate procurement records
* Secreterial activites given high importance.
* Candidate must be Fluent in English
