Description

We are looking for Indian EHS Supervisor / Admin Assistant who is responsible for implementation of management system and provide safety Gudinas where needed.

Responsibilities
• To provide EHS advice/guidance/coaching to the laboratory team using different approaches (direct and support them to implement and comply with all EHS requirements in a sustainable manner.
• To assist the Quality Manager in the implementation, development and monitoring of the EHS & Quality policies and procedures.
• Complete regular checks and inspections and prepare related reports.
• Conducts behavioral safety observations and provide support to develop site BS program.
• Conduct periodical checks on the laboratory and prepare evaluation and feedback reports.
• Co-ordinate the implementation or conduct EHS trainings as identified by EHS manager.
• Continually develops effective communication media for communication at all levels of the business through weekly bulletin and notice boards.
• Perform administrative work related to data processing, monitoring and sustaining.
• Perform the assigned duties by Quality Manager.

Competence
• Have at least (2) years of experience in EHS and admin work.
• Hold IOSH / NEBOSH Training Certificate.
• Have equivalent academic qualification to the specified post.
