2- Handlling workshop daily operation
3- Managing carpenters
4- Dividing tasks between carpenters
5- Full knowledge of raw materials
6- Reading drawing & Layout
7- Precise in details
8- Delivering works & projects on time
9- Knowledge of using Auto-cad
10- Full Knowledge of Carpentry machines
11- Manufacturing process for furnitures & Decorations
12- Finishing Quilty standard
13- Metals works and integrate it with woods
14- Knowledge & experience in all materials use for furnitures & decorations
15- Knowledge of painting , Welding, handcrafted, and upholstery


Canadite most have
1- experience in 5+ years in workshops
2- Leadership skills
