Description

Duties :
Assists in leading the Communities housekeeping, janitorial & laundry operations.
Oversees the implementation of day-to-day services.

Ensures the Housekeeping & laundry operation meets the target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing customer satisfaction.

- Responsible to oversee the delivery of the service level agreements and key performance
indicators in the contract between NEOM and its partners IN Housekeeping
- To monitor and ensure best practice is achieved in line with pre agreed SOPs. To ensure all staff
service provider staff are suitably trained and equipped in order that they operate in accordance
with our clients QHSE policies and procedures.
- Proactively manage and take ownership of day-to-day issues that arise in the operations.
- Seek and create solutions to problems in operation with services provider.
- Liaise with client and employees, to ensure that the provision of support services meets and
exceeds service level agreements.
- Immediately notify and report the Quality Control Manager / Residential Manager of any safety
issues or concerns.
- Monitor stock levels of service provider in chemical, consumables, linen.
- Ensure all equipment is available, maintained and serviced regularly and as needed.
- Encourage employees to support the operational business objectives by sharing knowledge and to
develop a creative approach to their work and to ‘think outside the box’.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

- Excellent time management skills and able work to strict deadlines.
- Adapt when under pressure.
- Tend to executive guests housekeeping and laundry guests in collaboration to the service provider.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong and professional presentation, written and
verbal skills in English.
- Experienced user of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Professional and smart appearance always.

Work Experience :

- Minimums have 5 to 7 years’ experience in housekeeping, within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within 5-star properties or cruise business.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant qualification is advanced.

Remarks:

- Candidates should have Iqama Transferable
- Candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
- Notice period preferred immediate joining
